Refund policy

We have a NO-RETURN Policy on sold items. 

However...

We understand that sometimes the planter you receive turns out to be too big/ too small or the shape/ colour does not match as per your decor. Also, in extremely rare cases, wrong product or damaged product is received.

Our policy of not offering returns for the planters is as per industry norms you will find on all other online planter sellers, only they seem to offer returns but put so many conditions that it becomes virtually impossible.

As an industry first, we offer a genuine exchange (not return), provided you send & collect (by self/ courier, at your cost) the un-used planter with all packaging intact & we will exchange it, ex-factory. No amount will be re-funded & you will be required to pay any price difference if you opt for a higher priced planter in exchange.
